I had the honor to work with some of the finest young people in Kenya, Cambodia and Laos while I was Chief HR Officer for Digital Divide Data (DDD), an NGO dedicated to providing life opportunities to some of the poorest folks in the world to find sustainable careers. Here some of my guys in Nairobi paid me the great honor for mentoring them in this Kenyan Cheer.
